WHAT TO BRING – helmet, long sleeves etc for sun protection; water bottle; nibbles; spare tube, tyre levers, spanner, pump. Also if you have them, cycle computer, camera, mobile phone.
A short ride in and through the city via paths and quiet roads is a gentle celebratory ride with a coffee and get together afterwards.
